Ray Favre

Ray Favre got his first computer in 1983 - a BBC Micro, of course - and has stayed with 'Acorn' ever since. He has written regularly in Archive magazine for almost 10 years and is the author of two books ("Starting Basic" and "Dr Wimp's Surgery". Over 200 copies of each have been sold - and they are still available.)

In 1999 he took over the support and distribution of the popular freeware wimp-programming package 'Dr Wimp' which continues to be upgraded regularly.
